Ten years ago I had a vision.  I saw the business changing from new technology, mergers, and acquisitions. Everyone said that your company had to either be big or small or you were not going to make it in the business. I consider myself small and a local realtor. However, what I have done is opened up small branch offices in small communities.

These offices are managed by Brokers who work well on their own, are self-driven, and self-motivated. They are doing business. I found a nitch for people who have been in the corporate area and young college graduates, to be able to work on their own, supervise themselves, and keep most of the commission. This allows them to have the freedom to raise their families. They work from home. This is done very easily today because of the technology.

They have the best of both worlds.  They can recruit someone, I can teach them all the real estate courses and train the people, and send them back to the broker.

If you are a Broker/Associate sitting at a company and you want to open up your own office, however have a concern that you will be overwhelmed by the bigger realtors, then call me and we will open up an office together. You will have complete autonomy, freedom, and be able to do whatever you need to do for your client as far as compensation to obtain listings.
